Doggies Park Day

Mango made a new friend and her name is Cloe.

She is a three months old frenchie and they became friends from the first sight. They spent a whole night playing around the apartment so we decided to take them to the park together the next day.

Taking photos of two puppies playing is a huge challenge. Even with tons of light and a very high shutter speed, is extremely difficult to get good angles and a nice framing. But, as I’ve said before, sometimes those technical stuff are not really so important.

A big and very important part of photography is to capture moments that you are passionate about. And this day, this moment was one of those!

I also did a short video to keep practicing! Hope you like it 🙂

Happy Birthday, Mango!

Mango is turning 1 year old today!

He’s been with us since he was two and a half months, when he was a fluffly puppy.

I remember the day he arrived he was so scared que stayed in the same corner of the house all day like a little ball of hair. He event flinched when hubby or I came close to him. Now, he sleeps with us, he cuddles and he asks to be pet all day long.

I have to say, I’ve learned SO much from Mango. He just amazes me every day and I wish we can celebrate many, many birthdays together 🙂

Relax

Honestly, no person in this world knows how to Relax better than a puppy. Every time I see Mango sleeping or just chillin’ somewhere around the house, makes me want to do the same thing.

He just turned 10 months and his behaviour is changing so much. He is more relaxed now and just wants to be pet and hang out with us. We cuddle for the first time this weekend too! In general he helps me relax so much.

Whenever I’m feeling anxious or stressed, I just go and sit with him or take him for a walk and that helps me so much. That’s why I immediately thought of him when I saw the theme for this Weekly Photo Challenge.

Editing videos again!

Hello, everyone!

As you might know from a previous post, a while ago I got bit by the “video” bug. By working on some projects with close friends that do amazing videos, curiosity hit me and I got fixed with the idea of learning how to do video.

The first thing I recorded was on the day we went to get Mango. I shot everything with my Samsung Galaxy Camera because at the moment it was the only camera I had that shot video. For personal reasons that I will explain in an upcoming post, I haven’t edited that video until now.

Nos it’s ready and I will love to share it with you! Hope you like it 🙂

Fun

This is Mango playing with his kong! I really don’t think no person know how to have Fun better than a puppy! He is amazed by everything and has fun with everything (that is why he is SO difficult to photograph, he never stops moving!).

A great challenge to begin the weekend!

Meet Mango!

This is Mango! He is a beautiful, 3 month old Border Collie. I remember about 5 years ago telling hubby that one day I would have a border collie and his name will be Mango.

And that day arrived last Saturday. We went to a farm outside Barcelona to get him. He was really scared the first couple of days but now he’s getting used to us and he chases us everywhere we go and wiggles his tail when we talk to him!

He is VERY smart. He learned not to do his things inside the house on the second day and he behaves sooooooo good when we’re out or sleeping.

I told him and hubby he’s going to be the most photographed dog in the world. And here are the first photos I took of him.

He still can’t leave the house because he’s missing one shot. He will get it next Wednesday and then we will take him with us everywhere we go! So be ready to see a lot of Mango from now on!
