My camera died…

About a week ago I was taking some photos of Mango and I noticed I was having trouble finding focus. I was using my 50mm and decided to try it with better lighting conditions to check if maybe that was the problem (too little light = hard time finding focus). I did and found out the problem remained.

My next thought was “ok my 50mm died, its focus died, what am going to do, how I’m I going to possible live without my 50mm?” A week later I was taking some photos for a friend with my other lens, a 17-55mm and realised I was having the same problem. No focus. This is where I begin to REALLY worry.

Long story short, the focusing system of camera died beyond repair. I spend a few days depressed about it. Then, I begun to do research for my next camera and then, I got it! I bought the Canon EOS 70D with a 18-135mm lens. I spent a fair part of the weekend trying it out and I wanted to share my photos with you!

Also, my previous camera didn’t record video, this one does and I proudly made my very first video! I’m sure that a few time from now I’ll se it and go “why the hell did I share this with the world, this is horrible”. But for now, I’m very proud of it!
